The site is currently under construction previously it was home to a temporary park.

With the Victorian Government plans to invest $191.5 million to establish Melbourne as a world-class screen center, Endless Energy is a proposal for a Net Positive Digital Production Studio and Business Hotel.

Letting the site analysis research be the driving factor for the site program, I looked into issues currently facing digital production studios.
This led to the discovery that they are large consumers of energy and co2 production and there is a lack of action taken to implement more sustainable practices in the film industry.
As the live component of this semester's hybrid brief, I have chosen to do a business hotel as programmatically it connects to the business aspect of the production studio.

My target audience and users are local and international producers. Business people, whether they be from a company, a startup, or a freelancer, they have the common goal and interest of networking and creating digital content.
The combination of a digital production studio and business hotel creates a place for people who are traveling to meet and network with others in their field, while also carrying out work-related tasks.
